Which Game?

I ordered Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town on the Switch earlier this month. Well, today I got an email from Amazon saying it's getting delayed for a month! I may not get it until end of August when the release date is like, two weeks from now. Bummer right? Now there're a few options for me right now. I could just cancel the pre-order out right and do digital. That means that I won't get the pre-order bonus cow plushie, but then I get a digital-only cow costume for my character. I could cancel the pre-order on Amazon and pre-order on Xseed's own website instead. They said they'll try to make the July 14th release date, but there's no guarantee, because of Covid. Or I could just wait a month, because really, I'm in no hurry.

Honestly I'm not quite sure. I'm very meh about the cow plushie, but I do want the physical cartridge instead of digital. Just personal preference, you know? And this is not Animal Crossing. I do not HAVE to play it on day 1 or miss stuff since it's not real time. I'm leaning toward just waiting it out. That way I can play the other hundreds of games that I have. Seriously. Steam sale is going on right now and I'm planning to buy a few more games to add to my ridiculously backlogged collection. I'm sure a month will pass by in no time. 

Edit 7/10: I've decided to stick with the Amazon order and lo and behold, they updated their shipping once again! Now it's only going to be two days late, which is totally doable. Glad my laziness paid off lol

ehehehe! My hubby just got a (the?) swtich for them - my girl only wants to play animal crossing, and who knows what the boy wants to play! ahahaha!

The children both share a Steam account, It was a downhil slide when they discovered TF2 - *sigh* - (the 'MOM' kind of sigh! ) ahahaha!

Woot! The Switch is a wonderful thing to have. I love it and my PS4 equally haha. But lately I have a whole lot more games to play on Switch than PS.

I am happier now and I'm not going to take that for granted. You know every time you comment I get a big smile on my face. I hope you're doing okay yourself amidst all these craziness. Ugh, I basically stopped reading news now since it's so depressing. That alone has helped me with my mood, though. If I only look at cute things I won't feel bad now, will I?

I ended up not canceling the order from Amazon haha, to be on topic. Too lazy to switch orders. It turned out alright - Amazon updated their shipping again and now it's only going to be 2 days late. I can deal with that.
